The good news is that our tried and tested design to build process puts the hard work on us, not you. It ensures that your vision for your new outdoor living space becomes a custom, artistic, timeless reality with as little stress as possible.

Initial
inquiry
After we have received and evaluated your initial request, we will do our best to reach out to you in a timely manner (usually 3 business days).

Consultation
In order to assess your property and discuss the vision for your project, we will make an onsite visit. If a formal design is required, an estimate of the design cost will be provided at this time.

Design
Stage
We work hard to get the details right from the start. This means that the design stage may include the items listed below.

Design stage

Site Survey

A site survey is either supplied by you, or if required, we will come to take measurements and photos of the site.

Permit Inquiries

We identify any factors that might affect the design such as zoning, bylaws, lot lines, conservation easements etc.

Meeting

We meet with you to create a detailed list of your objectives for the project and your budget.

Presenting

We present a professional design along with details around the scope of work and the budget required to implement the project.

Refining

We believe that good design is a collaborative process and that means we adjust the design as needed to ensure that your vision is met.

Estimating

Once you are happy with the details of the design and scope of work, we will present the official construction or masonry estimate in person.

Signed
Contract
In order to secure a place in our work schedule, a signed contract is obtained, and a deposit is secured.

Preparation
For work
We obtain any required permits as well as source and secure materials for the project.

Construction
Begins
Your project begins! We do our best to minimize disruption and noise to you and your neighbours as we work to transform your home or yard.
